Thought it was supposed to be Sunday 25th, then it got pushed back to Monday 26th @ 3pm. Did it get pushed back again?

Not busting on you man, I just find it hysterical anyone puts alot of faith into our "insiders" or a radio personality.

Yes, I also agree with VolThis... probably going to be the end of the season before any official announcement.

Glad you enjoyed Galinburg. They have a great New Years Eve ball dropping that is very family oriented.It get cold but is a nice outing. You should go one year.

I think CPF would look good in KY Blue.
He would be a major upgrade from Joker Phillips.

If you read the blog he says Cheek wants to give him one more year but he thinks the boosters win and Dooley is gone. He has not waivered from saying Dooley is fired at end of season.

I would guess that no one was really interested in the job, so they willl retain Dooley until they can get a "Big Fish" coach....

I don't think I'd want CPF at KY. Tennessee, has only Two hopes for SEC wins each year and CPF at KY would remove one.

I actually think this is reasonable. I could see Cheek stepping in and keeping dooley. It's a travesty given the damage he's already done, but Cheek seems to want the AD to know it's place.

I was listening. Basically the fans and big money boosters want him gone. There are a couple friends DD has in the school administration that say if we can't get Gruden give DD one more year. Its politics but the actual check writers want him gone so he probably will be.

And don't forget, there were MANY on here saying that Gruden would announce he was coming to UT during the last MNF game :good!: 99.9% of what is posted as fact on any message board is garbage. However, it does make for fun reading!

The administration (no matter who the president is) has never supported paying mega bucks for athletic coaches. That being said, the mega boosters, have and always will dictate things in the athletic department. That being the case, if the mega boosters want DD out, they will make it happen, if they don't, they won't. It's that simple.
