Not at all. I see improvement in other areas. That being said the win/ loss column is the most important. I just find it funny thy when Kiffin bounced everyone said this is a 4-5 year rebuilding job and now we are 2.5 years in and people say we aren't improving as fast as we should.

3 years and we still can't even close out a game in the final 5 minutes. if u can't see the writing on the wall at this point you are a lost cause.

We aren't improving at all. We've started 0-5 in the SEC the past 3 years, and we had the easiest schedule this year of the three.

That's b.s. and you know it. No improvement? Look at our OL, Running game, special teams and offense over all. We are a decent defense away from being a very good football team.

Ok Guys, I rarely post on here but I thought I would share my conversation with an Ex Vol player who stays in touch with what is going on with the program.

Keep in mind that I personally am a wait and see type of guy with rumors and am hesitant to post this but thought I would share none the less.

I Talked with a buddy of mine who played with Peyton Manning at Tennessee and was at the ceremony for Fulmer. He told me that Gruden was at the Alabama game in the presidents box (may already have been reported on here). He also stated that he has a close friend who works at ESPN and he had told him that Gruden has indeed agreed in principal to coach TN. The deal is 6 years for 30 plus million. Tennessee also has to pay ESPN 10 Million to buy out Gruden's contract at ESPN but all has been agreed to in principal but no contract has been signed, that for legal reasons they have to wait till they fire Dooley. I personally won't believe it till It is announced but with the guy who posted the pic of Gruden watching the Vols game on the plane and taking detailed notes there actually may be something to this. Again this is rumor but I trust my friend and thought I would pass on the info. Go Vols

Not trying to pick a fight, but I think most meant 4-5 years till being back to a level we consider worthy of Tennessee football, not 4-5 years till winning at least one meaningful game.

By all means. Lets not support the kids who give their all every Saturday for our entertainment. SMH.

They aren't giving their all for our entertainment...they are getting very nice scholarships to get a damn fine, near Ivy League Education. Lets not forget the "education" part of athletics...

Never thought I would ever wish for a season to just hurry and end. Cause its apparent no firing or coaching change is happening untill then.
