FACT: Monte Kiffin took the Glazers' lack of spending, lack of putting new players in the system and on the team, and STILL put a top TEN defense on the field. Gru-bage took the SAME THING and wasn't able to break the top HALF of the NFL.

Gru-bage owes his wins at Tampa Bay to Monte Kiffin.

Rich rod owes monte for the win too. You obviously know nothing about the nfl. They had great talent on d but it also took up most of the cap. Same thing has happened to a lot of teams that didnt manage the cap well. Bottom line is gruden won a auper bowl and would be a huge upgrade to dooley. If you dont like it cheer for another team.

Sure, they mention it. Doesn't mean Dungy built the team or that Monte Kiffin was making the decisions, especially in the draft.

But look at that 2009 Bucs team. They went 3-13 that year. They had no talent in the late 2000's on offense and the defense was old.

One's that don't want to risk their career by listening to someone else.

Some coaches have full control. You wouldn't need a GM if he wasn't making the final decision. Most coaches are too busy trying to keep their job in the NFL to bother watching 2,000 college kids.

Ftr. DP tried to quash the Shannon rumors when they were circulating. Said Shannon was not an option. Opposite of some on here are saying. Imo DP is the real dealio.

So what you're saying is Dooley will be fired today and Gruden will be named HC this week. Or are you saying I don't really know but now being so vague no matter how this happens you can twist your statement to mean whatever. Dude if you want to come on here and claim u know something do it to the fullest extent or no one will believe. Please clarify your statement or it won't mean **** no matter how it plays out.

That's great, we give Dooley four years without success and only give Sal one.

Coach Sal will have our defense ready next season. Anyone that knows anything about football knows that one year is not enough time to perfect the 3-4. He needs to be allowed a chance to get the right players in to his system.
