I know I've had jobs places that I loved that's where I was drawing that conclusion from. I would have to say though if this is the fame that Dooley wanted he got screwed lol We're gonna be hard pressed to find a Vol Legend to come be our head coach anytime soon cause I can't think of any even close to being ready for that maybe I'm missing someone though.

I'm sure CDD thought the script would go much differently...we all wish it had...I wanted him to succeed...I was all in believing he would turn the corner until the MSU game...unfortunately we don't have any Vol legends waiting in the wings...hope we make a great hire when the time comes.

I'm still one fan that doesn't care if Dooley's here next year or if its someone else I'm gonna support my Vols and hope whoever it is wins games and the team looks better.

I will support (cheer for a victory) regardless of who we have on the sidelines. I will not invest money in something that is a poor product. While I have little faith in Dooley I still want him to succeed.

Everything I have said in the Gruden thread is true (except for the rumor of Dooley having to run design ideas by Gruden for the new football complex, but any dumbass that believed that needs some help).

It's possible I may have over-reacted...but the context of your exchange here vs. your the Gruden thread is incredibly suspicious to many. At this point, whether you have lied or not, it certainly has the appearance that you speak out of both sides of your mouth...unfortunately for you "perception is reality"...meaning you likely screwed yourself when it comes to credibility. Maybe you didn't lie...maybe you did...that's the problem, you have given people too much doubt about you at this point.

I read...used context clues....and comprehended that at best you are playing both sides...dropping off supposed info in one thread while having a good laugh in the other...you may be telling the truth about what you have "heard" about Gruden...time will tell. However, saying things like "throw in Lamonte" to nick...which is a name I only recall you using, makes people uncertain about your motives. I got too negatively opinionated about you with a few posts...stupid on my part...I apologize for that...not my normal MO (as evidenced by my lack of posting in 2 plus years)...however, my apology does not change my opinion of you at this point...you mishandled the situation...it is my assumption you take this VN stuff seriously based upon the number of posts you make and the "news" you "break". You did yourself a disservice...even if you were simply "taken out of context".

no beef here...I have become much more guarded in what I believe here in VN...but ultimately it is all entertainment...not life or death...it shouldn't be treated so seriously.

Hopefully we are a little over 4 hours away from seeing Bonner and some other young guys get a chance to stop this slide we're on. I'm exited to see what they can do.

Its you guys addicted to coaching changes and short term solutions who are causing the problem. Looking for the Vols to show out today at SC.
