I'm only speaking for myself, but at this point "Gruden" does not neccessarily = Jon Gruden. "Gruden" means getting moving beyond where we're at to something bigger and better. It's a state of mind and being existing in harmony. Wanting to be great and being great.

Most of the names I receive directly from a coach on Gruden's staff. There are a couple positions not filled yet. To disguise my information, I added a couple names as options that aren't really options.

I find the staff stuff hard to believe.

Why is that? Money wont be an issue and he will be allowed to hire whomever he wants. Honestly one of the best college staffs from a recruiting standpoint was Kiffins with Himself, his Dad, Coach O, Chaney, Lance Thompson, Eddie Gran and the few others. But If that staff of Grudens is true it would be even better from a recruiting standpoint and light years in coaching.
