1st Bold paragraph:

Not according to those that have seen a MOU

2nd Bold paragraph:

Dooley is done. End of story. The evaluations have already been made, and the decision that he will not be back next year is final regardless the outcome of the rest of the season. I can't stress that more strongly. When it actually happens is the only matter that is unclear at this time. His actions/attitude/mouth/losing have sealed his fate. Barbara has already visited and poured a 40oz on the ground for "Precious".

3rd Bold paragraph:

Hubbs tells what he is told he can tell. He will not jeopardize the gravy train he has going with the UT AD. LWS is a respected poster. I like the guy and have nothing at all against him; however, his access was hurt significantly after the separation with Fulmer.

Good stuff. Thank you.

Alot of rumblings and upset boosters. But, one in particular said not one of them has stepped up to the plate and commit to pay the buyout.

That statement gives credibility they have been asked about it.

But, it also shows no one so far is willing to do it. After the USCjr game, perhaps someone gets ready to do so. However, this makes me feel nothing has happened with Gruden except some calls to see if interested. TIFWIW

But, I had this convo with someone who does know a booster very well.

So, I think the buyout is a thing holding it up. I agree it should not be. Also, one booster may not know exactly how all other boosters are feeling.

Petulant 18-20 year olds are loyal to a fault. If Gruden comes they'll be startstruck and this goes out the window. As an aside, my guy says the team hates Dooley....and he knows a bunch of them.

If we eff up this opportunity however I can see that happening.

So we allegedly have a segment of the team in strong support of Dooley and a segment of the team that hates him. Sounds eerily similar to last year.

Is there really any surprise that this team struggles?

Very solid imo.

For the record, I don't think Hart is in complete control of this process. In the unikely event this falls through, he won't get my blame.

So much anger.....its not good for you.

I have zero anger, especially for someone I have never met. I find entertainment in your posts and the certainty in them despite your track record. You might be right, and I will gladly admit it and give you credit. Until then, I choose to take them for what they are worth. I'm not sure why it bothers you so much that I don't believe you though.

Not enough coffee to day - care to elaborate on MOU?

Memorandum of Understanding

Its a binder of sorts, like a letter of intent, that once the time comes it is a commitment that terms are agreeable pending final review of the contract at the appropriate time.

For those of you who are unaware Im not a Dooley supporter so when I make general statements they are not in his support.

Not saying you are supporting him.
I may have misunderstood your post.
What I got from it was you were saying that saban is an ass that wins and players are loyal to him for the winning. Dooley doesn't win and is an ass. So, players will be loyal to him for being an ass?

Thanks. Recruiting isnt what I follow. So we lose five guys that maybe were riding the pine anyway? LOL

It's not that cut and dry. You lose depth and experience that cannot be replaced with one class of freshmen. Losing 30 players would be devastating to any program.

That being said....it won't happen.
