It does after all require only notification, not permission, and it's hard to imagine exactly what damages the school would have suffered from its breach (assuming there isn't another provision dealing with damages and breaches in general). But I'm sure UT may well use that (if it happened) as leverage in negotiating his buyout, which may be why the info was leaked.

Can you imagine what this turd Dooley tried to do to us? What if he had bolted for North Carolina after what Kiffin did? Never mind that he sucks and we would have been lucky to have been rid of him. It would have caused so much depression in our fan base.

Was a Kiffin supporter, him bolting on us created my hatred for him. If Dooley trying to bolt for UNC is true, that's unforgettable and unforgivable!!

Another possible reason CDD has not been fired...if it's true that they gave him a requirement of 8-4, then perhaps they want to avoid CDD being able to say at a presser that he believed he could do it and was not afforded the opportunity. If CDD magically pulls off a win on Saturday, I do not think he will be forced out, unless Gruden is a sure thing by then. Hiring Gruden would quickly end any bad press for firing CDD after winning at SCar.

Btw I heard an interesting comment today. No idea to the truth of this and it seems pretty far fetched but you never know these days. But someone mentioned to me that a certain person mentioned that Derek Dooley is not SEC material. Wasn't as a player and won't be as a coach. Said person just happens to be Vince Dooley.

1) treating student athletes appropriately, professionally, and in a good manner...yada

2)Notify AD of intent or interest in another job...yada...

3)conduct that negatively impacts the program or university and again failure to treat student athletes appropriately etc.

A good lawyer good twist it till it hurts...
