This thread is all about souces and connections, funny thing is I know a few donors and when I have asked them they have not told me anything about hiring Gruden. I know the Grudenites will attack this statement because they are in the "know"

I just wish one Grudenite could provide any proof to their rumor, not heresay, not a rumor but proof of said discussion with Gruden. I know what a man told me that Gruden told him to his face about coaching at UT at the party he was at in July for Gruden and his wife and it was not coaching at UT. Granted some could say that is nothing more than heresay but the man who told me was in the photo album I posted a link to so I know he was there.

I know a lot of people want change, I want to see W's as much as the next person. I just don't think Gruden is our answer and for the money it would take to get him, we could get a proven college coach.

Since you haven't named your sources, just pictures with people in them, you want others to reveal their source. Just as you won't name names, why would you expect others to reveal something that was revealed or not revealed to them? Can't have it one way only.

Oh but you do. Every time you drag the current UT Football program through the mud in this thread. Saturday 'bout 100 kids will strap on pads and the orange and white and risk it all. Have some respect for them. Were you out there in Aug. in 110F busting your fuzzies? Nope!

I'm just curious why Jay's sources, or DTO's sources, or Montrell Hardy's sources, or my sources are to be held to a much higher burden of proof than yours? So you have a picture out of a small town newspaper....so what? So you know some donors....many of us do or are.

Nobody cares whether you, or anyone else buys into what we've been told, or gathered. Nobody is trying to convince you. So weigh your sources, and judge us however you want to. Or don't. We just don't care.

After I read Gman's post, I was just thinking well since Jay is on vacation, I wish Oldvol and/or Boro-Vol would come along and answer this..You all came thru again..Thanks fellas!:salute:

Lets just say that I have been through a coaching change before. You fail to see that there may be players that actually may want a coaching change also. Its not always just the fans that see things.
