Want To Know What's Really Embarrassing?

They are 4 and 0 with Dooley talent and a Dooley gameplay, what's your point?

Couldn't disagree more. A former coach deserves a modicum of credit for player quality, although I am not sure of upperclassmen contribution, but none for game tactics or day to day coaching approach, much less results. I have no strong preference regarding Dooley's future just yet but see no way way this can be percieved as positive considering the vast numbers of "no one can win at Tech" gurus.

Three recruiting classes in makes it a hard spin in favor.

Well I just meant that the freshmen then are seniors now, and are 4-0. That's all. Could be because Dooley did a good job with recruiting, and/OR that Sonny has been the one to get out of them their full potential. That's what I was trying to say.

Pretty sure Sonny runs a completely different style than Dooley.

I'm not pretty sure, I'm 100% sure its a different style. Sonny runs more the Mike Leach style he used at Texas Tech. You know it takes a sick sick person to try and run Sonny in the ground just to prop Dooley up. These Doolands never seize to amaze me the level that they will stoop to!:loco:

This is very similar to the 98' Kentucky National Championship team. Coach Tubby Smith won a national championship with Pitino's team in his first year. He never came close to winning it again. Does this say something?

:lolabove:It's more like Saban taking over for Shula, by year three Saban had his coaches, players, and schemes in place.

I've never heard of what Dooleys mind is. Is he more of a defense mind or offense minded type coach? Or none?
I think the most successful coaches are ones that think more one side than the other.

Not sure, he might be more offensive cause he coached tight ends in college and at the pro level. And he did play Wide Receiver at Virginia.
