Thought his first year was under Kiffin and crew? Remember them burning his redshirt in the Bama game. I will say this you can tell what players Dooley recruited compared to the other two coaches. Guys like Sentimore, Maggitt, AJ, Sapp(Sleeper), McCullers, Couch, Tiny, and CP look a bit different from what the others were bringing here.

You are correct he did play a year for Kiffin. Went to Hargrave in 2008, played in 2009, redshirted in 2010 due to Achilles injury, played last year and then played this year as well. Also, have to give Thompson and Dooley a lot of credit with Sapp. It was nice to see that we do have some more LB depth than a lot of us were expecting.

We still need more LBs for that. So we won't have any dropoff. And we'll also be able to give players a breather. I think Bynum, C.Harris, and D.Sapp will help us big time next year. I hope Vereen and Zanca can come in and pick-up the system. I want to be relentless up front.

If it clicks for any of the freshmen coming in at LB it will be deep enough. And some may be EEs, correct?

Zanca and Vereen are that's why I named them. I think Bynum will surprise a few on here. Especially the ones that were saying don't take him.

TJ, Bradley, Crayton, Carr, thats a pretty stout DL haul. 2 years in a row with this type of recruiting and we will be back, given the contributions from JUCO's.

As long as the underclassmen come back for '13 & these recruits & young guys develop the way we think they can then the defense will def be sick in '13. Our DL.....WOW.

can't wait to see how Omari does, along with O'Brien, and Taylor.

he has lost some more weight. Just needs to get acclimated to college work outs. O'Brien came to camp in shape, and Taylor being an EE really benefited himself. The great thing about these JUCO's starting is that it allows these freshmen to take it slow.

He is going to work his butt off with the FL game circled for 2013. I think he will be extra motivated to play that game.

Don't leave out Lawson -- I believe we have a real shot at him and our efforts with him got a boost with the Auburn loss coupled with the Tennessee win.

I agree with that. Lawson like EJ Levenberry could be NSD surprises depending on our season. I can't imagine how awesome it will feel to pull Vonn bell and possibly these two.
