i don't know. when hunter went down last year he as well as the team fell apart. rodgers was the one person bray could count on to make a play.

Welp...there's a little more pressure put on the run game. DR probably accounted for about 12-15 plays a game...we'll just have to divide that up between CP, JR, MR, and the running backs and hope for positive yardage. Man this sucks : /

You can look at Dooley's comment two ways.

1) He's definitely gone and there's no going back.

2) Dooley is saying that to challenge Rogers to prove him wrong. Rogers keeps f'n up and Dooley can't count on him so why should he count on him for the umpteenth time?

Sounds like he has a small chance of getting back on the team, but based on Rogers' past history, Dooley isn't counting on it.

Big difference is you got a guy that at the very least opposing D's have to respect with his size and speed. When Hunter went down, Zach Rogers was on the outside playing WR.

The difference I see, and it may be a stretch, is that Hunter was the lone guy that could get vertical and stretch the defense. This sounds goofy, but DR may have been DR was the best WR yet may not have been the most important piece to make the offense work.

There aren't many teams that could defend Hunter and Rogers unless they had a great backfield. Throw CP in the mix who is supposed to be pretty good and Rivera, then it becomes even harder.

Now teams can play us more honestly. If anything, this hurts the running game because teams won't fear our passing game as much.

The only benefit I see to this is our secondary got a lot of practice working against this guy. If he took money from an agent then Dooley is totally in the right on not playing him. Dooley is snakebit, no doubt.

Somebody should string this agent up if that is the case!

So Volnation went from 7000 people on to about 700 on in like an hour. I think there are some pretty disgusted people going to lunch. If they could hold it down.

Maybe this is why NYYvol hasn't returned, or could be just because he's a #!%$&.
