NC State game: ticket allocation roll call

I am sitting on the first row in 323 and wanted people's opinion on what would be good to write on a sign and put it on the wall that will be in front of me? Unless the Georgia dome has a rule that you can't hang signs on the wall.

No
Chance
Stepping up to
Tennessee

Season ticket holder since mid-80's. Got very nice seats from the ticket office. Section 113, row 21 (about the 30 yd. line). Sold those on Stub Hub....and got row one seats in the Club Level in section 219. Difference in price was about 50 bucks. I've sat in the club level at our last two sad appearances in the SEC Championship game---it's a great experience. Super food, couches, big screen TV's, bars with premium alcohol (only place in the dome, legally, THAT can be consumed).

Way back in the spring of 1992, I got a letter from the SEC office in Birmingham. Seems the SEC was going to start having a 'championship' game at Legion Field in Birmingham-----they sent this letter to EVERY season ticket holder of every SEC team. The letter said that for a $300 donation (one time) I'd be guaranteed a pair of tickets to all SEC Championship games. I know that sounds like a 'no-brainer' today, but I had to think a great deal about it. $300 was a big chunk of money in 1992------but, I sent them a check and for the last 20 years have gotten SEC Championship game tickets, as promised. Those first two games at Legion Field were brutal.

After moving to the dome in Atlanta, I slowly moved up in priority....requesting better seats each year. For the last 9 years I've gotten seats in Club Level, Section 247 (around the 50). If UT plays, of course, I GO. If not, I sell them on Stub Hub or Ebay----Let's just say I've covered that $300 investment and the cost of each year's tickets a few times over. (Lord, wish I'd done as well in other financial areas! Pure luck....and my ex almost killed me for forking over the 300 dollars in '92.)

I would've sold your car to get the $300 and guarantee us tickets. :eek:lol:

I just picked mine up this evening and we are sitting Section 322 Row 1 Seats 1,2. I will be in orange and my friend will be in red (NC State grad).

Just 3 got in section 217 off Ticketmaster. Thanks for info about Club Level seating.

SIAP - I spoke with "Jeremy" yesterday in the admin offices for the GA Dome. He at first told me that beer would be sold at the game. However, after I questioned him and asked him to please confirm, he told me that there would be NO ALCOHOL served at the game. Bummer, but I will be prepared!

We will be selling alcohol for this event.

Erik

Good deal.....still going to come prepared. I thought it funny that I got two different stories.

I wish I could go to the game. Nobody will go with me and is too boring to drive 200 miles one way by yourself watch the game by yourself then drive 200 miles one way by yourself back home.I wish I had a hot 30 year old chick that would go with me.

My group's 8 tickets from NC State arrived today.

Sadly, I forgot to include this message when I ordered from them....
