I can't wait to get back to running on a reg basis. My mentality has always been longer/faster each time out. That's what got me into trouble to begin with. I would say that I'm 85-90% healed. Some days I'm a little sorer than others. I have forund out that the more I stretch throughout the day the less soreness/pain I have.
