13 MD WR Paul Harris (UT commit 7/17/12)

I wasn't trying to make another OCI/Insider/VQ argument or point. I was just simply asking if that might be the surprise news that was being discussed on VQ for July 1st since you said we might hear something soon on Paul Harris.

Either way, would be a nice addition to the class & the sooner, the better.

It seems like these "surprise" teases rarely pan out. Good for subscriptions. Nonetheless, I'll make sure to pay particular attention to this board on July 1. :)

Would be a huge/great pickup.

I was just getting ready to ask if anyone thought USC would take anymore WR's now. I think the most they can take this class is 18 right? At what point do they start taking some OL, DL, & LB's? Lol.

2010. Wait...

UT landing Harris & North would be huge. They could be impact WRs coming in similar to Hunter & Rogers coming in a few years ago.

Harris would be a great pickup, but North is on a whole other level. Instant impact guy.

Hearing the same.

Hope you are correct. 24/7 article a few days ago on Maryland board had quotes from him saying he was in no rush to commit. Sounded like he was getting a lot of pressure from friends and family to stay home. Of course, recruits have been known to say whatever they think the reporter wants them to hear too.

With the limited scholarships available for USC, I can't see them taking 4 WRs...JMO.

How is Tee involved in any negative recruiting? It never said he's the one talking about the coaching staff. And if he was negative recruiting for UT, nobody would care.

kiffin would do it. Kid is a top notch talent at receiver.

And his teams will end up like Dooley's first year at UT. He can keep recruiting all the skill players he wants. Unless he starts getting SEC quality OL and DL he will only be king of the PAC 12. And there is very little satisfaction in that.

Especially when it comes from a former QB that led us to a NC. He's still butthurt over Fulmer being gone and not a VFL IMO. Fight on Tee

Its not negative recruiting and its his job and career. He was never offered a job at UT, he would be here if he had been. He is a true VFL and loves UT. Hes at USC because they offered him and its his job to recruit the best players. Whats difficult to understand about that?
