We'll see, the kid def says hes coming here for his official and mom is coming with him. I like our chances it that setting if he sticks to his plans.

I think mom has a lot of pull. He seems very close to his mom and thats why i think osu is a non factor, to far away. Long way to go til nsd.

Just checked the distance, columbus is about 50 miles further than knoxville, so scratch the distance factor on osu. Clemson is about the same distance as knoxville from richmond as well. VT is half the distance, about 220 miles from richmond.

I think it will come down to us and VT in the end. Clemson is a major player with Tyshon Dye as well.

Skeeter, since you are here, have you heard anything regarding QBs we are recruiting? There was a thread that was going back and forth about players we are in contact with and I cant think of anyone more suited to clear things up.

Just for reference, I can drive from Richmond to Knoxville in like 6.5 hours. Richmond to Blacksburg in like 3. But Blacksburg is really boring.

$35 if you know a student. They are allowing students to bring guests for this game. I was really surprised though that it was only $35. That's the cheapest away game I have seen since I have been there.

It's more sororities and student groups that paint it. Back in my day we were told to never paint the rock when we pledged.

Also dont forget the rock use to be across the street. Majority of fraternity guys walked by it hundreds or more times during their time at UT so trust me it's meaningful to fraternity guys. Honestly I'm still pretty pissed they moved it and haven't given a dime to the school since they moved it.

Just came in on the thread and glad I checked in. Yep, I am an on and off Bengals fan. Went to Wilmington College to watch them train back when they got a team in the early 70s. I am just a huge Peyton fan. When he hangs them up I will flip them back to #1 for the NFL. I can't take our Vols off and I grew up a Reds fan. Went to my first game at the old Crosley Field back in the Frank Robinson and rookie Pete Rose days.

Good to connect with fellow Cincy fans. Who else is in the club on VN?
