Wait, I thought it was garza? Contradict much? And Chaney found bray after Kiffin whiffed on three Qbs that haven't done crap in college. Also, exaggeration is the reason no one takes you seriously. I guarantee you more people want da'rick on team and it's not even close.

Some of us aren't so much Dooley defenders as much as we don't think he should be fired or hammered to death because of the circumstances they faced this season. Combine the injuries plus the brutal schedule and you get what we got. Imagine if Tee Martin, Peerless Price, Al Wilson all got injured on top Jamal Lewis in 1998 how we would have done. That's what happened this year and then our opponents from the West had a combined record of 35-4 and all three of them finished in the Top 10.

I don't hate Dooley and I don't wish for him to fail. I defy you to find anywhere I've stated either. I just don't think he's the right guy for the job and as far as me hoping he fails is crap. There's a HUGE difference in thinking he'll fail and wanting him to fail.

He committed to Garza and Tennessee before he left for USC. The track program was one of the main reasons Hunter decided to stay at Tennessee.

That's still funny. You think Chaney's lazy ass found a QB in California? Hmmm, what coach had the most connections in California on the staff at the time?

I can say that the "Da'Rick" thread says otherwise.

Come on man, do you see who is posting in the da'rick thread. I hope that doesn't portray vn. I agree with you on hunter but he had options elsewhere and it was big for Dooley to gain his trust in 2 weeks. In still trying to dig up article on Chaney and bray.

The IQ in that thread went up when the Zoners took over actually.

I think it's funny you think Chaney went and found a QB all by his lonesome across the country. Have you seen where he recruits?

Not at all. I try to be objective. There are a ton of things that worry me about some progressions of the team. The Kentucky loss was pathetic and absolutely no excuse for that garbage. There are also a lot of bright spots on team as well. I just take a wait and see approach when a coach has taken over a program that lane Kiffin was already cautioning fans about going down before it went up whole he was still here. Will stand by the 1 year audition for Dooley this year. No man is above the football program if he proves to be awful with talent and some depth.

Just please don't announce it to the world that you are ignoring that person now.... it actually defeats your purpose of denying the ignoree attention by the ignorer calling more attention to said ignoree. I admit these announcements are a pet peeve of mine, not that anyone else cares- just sayin.

This post is hidden... Just kidding :) I agree 200%. It's like people want a trophy for ignoring someone and mentioning it in thread. I personally like the extremes of board it brings good conversation.

Lol. Even if I despise everything a poster writes, I won't ignore anyone. I'm a big boy. When debate is cut off, the point of a message board ceases to exist. Also, the biggest crime of ignoring posters is that one may miss out on some comedic gold. The world needs more laughter, imo jmo vfl.

Btw, Justin I like a lot of your stuff. What do you think of the new staff additions. I think we improved on every hire with the exception of one because of sal never being a dc (may end up better just saying he's an unknown right now).

Tennessee played an FCS school and a terrible defense from the Big East.

What coaches started out 4-12 in conference play and became conference winning, NC contending HC's?

Not sure if found was the right word because i don't know if it was Chaney or the brother in law who saw him at Cali, but the family had a good relationship with coach Chaney and was one of main reasons he came here.
