hmm...wow...we didn't force that many turnovers in the 1st half huh? thanks CBS..I wonder why...any time we came close the refs got excited and blew their darn whistles.

how many turnovers do we have?? im sure its countable on one hand... we have to get some turnovers and some easy baskets and hopefully set up the press, the press has been ineffective so far.

Great game for Chism so far, hopefully he can keep it up and they'll find JaJuan in the locker room.

I was impressed by Chism, he got aggressive and went to the basket more later in the half.. Childress gave us some valuable minutes as well.

JaJuan has a tendency to disappear in games... unless he is open from the get-go, he can't get open against a good defender... jujuan cannot get open on his own like lofton can, so he will disappear some, as he has done today, and in the SEC tournament.

some very questionable officiating absolutely drained the excitement out of this board...let's just hope that pearl doesn't let that happen to the team...things got better late in the half...i'm suprised childress wasn't called for pushing off on those late boards or something

Reynolds has 22, then they have two others with 4 points, two with 3, and one with 2. If reynolds is out, who knows?

im so stoked right now. im listening to simple man just to calm myself down. guys we are going to be in the sweet 16. we are going to win this game, im willing to bet my years pay on it. lofton is going to go off. this is going to do so much for our program. to only be trailing by 3 and not make a basket for the majority of the 1st half, god they are introuble.

singletary didn't have to shoot when Reynolds was draining the nets. granted...if singletary becomes the lone threat, things will get better.....i wouldn't mind seeing that...how about you?

The refs are definitely taking the Vols out of their game a little bit. Things seemed to even out there towards the end of the half though.

I think that Lofton will have a big second half..

I was kind of thinking the same thing. For how the first half went, we should be down by a WHOLE lot more.

VA just gave us all they can and then some. if they think they are going to be able to run with us the whole second half then by all means lets run. cause believe me, we will be running more then an ethiopian in the boston marathon. lets get this second half started.

i hope you're right...but (it seems to me that) this team isn't the type of team that is cold the first half and shoots lights out the second....usually we have good GAMES and bad GAMES. Is it just me, or is that the case?

UVA can't be that tired yet, the Vols have barely pressed them..
