Texas WAS always been his dream school, etc.. He said he'd commit right away if they ever offered. Then he started to love Tennessee. He was solid till Texas came and offered, he has stayed commited to UT but is visiting Texas this weekend. We had an in home with him Wed night and it didn't go so well. His dad was apparently rude to our coaches and his parents really want him at UTjr. It is unclear what DALTON wants. However, many feel he will want to make his folks happy and stay home and become a horn. This weekend can only hurt our chances IMO.

But I guess we'll wait and see on Wednesday.

Pretty much. We'll see, though.

He'll have a few days to talk it over and think about it after his visit though and I have a hard time believing if he went in and said to his parents "i want to be a Vol, my heart is in Knoxville." That his parents would say no and be totally against that. Maybe they're worse than I realize though, idk.

If Dalton wants to be Texas's sloppy 2nds, let him.

Dream school or not I would be pissed if a school offered me so late in the game. It would make me think they settled for me instead of wanting me.

Do you know why or what was said? Did our coaches say something to make him be rude or his his pops just a prick?

Do we have any in home visits planned for the staff this weekend or early in the week?

I'm still laughing that Arkansas fans think he is theirs if he spurns Texas. They honestly think this is Texas getting back at them for DGB. Hahahahaha

that should lock him up,,,since the negative threads hurt recruiting so much,,the positive should all but sign the LOI in his place.:)
