I can't stand that guy. I'm a Christian and I don't want anything bad to happen to him, but I the Bible says, "Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap."

So Clay Travis is going to be reaping a lot of garbage. And a thong-jog following Tennessee 9 win season next year.

I hope you're right. As I've said before, all I know about CP is what he tells Trooper and Luper and they tell me. But he has been very straightforward with them in the past about where he stands.

All he is is Finebaum junior, and he has made a lot of money doing exactly what he does in the state of AL. If people hate him so much, they should do the only that that will make a difference. Don't listen to his crappy Nashville radio show and do NOT visit his website. He's a hack. but he is laughing all the way to the bank because of how stupid people who hate him, that listen to him, are.

I never listen to him on radio, or even give him the convenience of a follower on Twitter. I occasionally see his tweets "retweeted" and it makes me angry again.

But yeah, I don't listen to that hack.

I actually dropped a few other people on Twitter because they retweeted Travis.

And yes, that show is just so awful. Brent Dougherty is just a suit on the air. And borders on wacky FM radio DJ guy. And I loved Blaine when he played with the Titans. Everything you would want in a player on your favorite NFL team. I am absolutely 100% convinced, though, that he only on that show because of his ability to get NFL guests on the show.

One of the biggest radio train wrecks of all time was when they had Chuck Smith on their show.

Irrelevant to Patterson thread, but Roethlisberger was the third QB taken in his class behind Eli Manning and Phil Rivers.

That course (or courses) is probably why he wasn't an early enrollee. However, he's not playing football this semester & is should be retaking it. I'd say there is a decent chance he still qualifies, but you never know with these guys.

You are correct that you did not expressly say that he does not have NFL talent, but "if he gets drafted before the 3rd round it would be on potential" is fairly unambiguous.

If I misunderstood your honest discussion as clear disdain then, well, my apologies. Your posts do not read like the former, however.

Apparently Hinshaws meeting with CP went very well, these guys feel like they have a shot now. First time i recall them being excited at the possibility of landing this kid.
