It's been 13 years since UT won a national title and more importantly a SEC title. It's time to demand results. I'm tired of the whole "instant gratification is our doom to the program" is a joke. You know what Dooley? You want to keep the program together? Don't lose to Kentucky with a WR playing QB and losing to Arkansas by 40. It's that simple.

The reason Tennessee is in this place? Because they didn't demand results from Fulmer.

Honestly guys, if the only DC that will consider coming here to work for Dooley is Buddy Green then rest assured, we will most likely promote Lance T to DC and rightfully so. That seems like our best option at this time.

Or if we can't get a solid hire and with all the turnover in this staff maybe we should just cut ties with dooley now. We already gotta rebuild half of the staff anyways
