So pretty much with this response you do not know what a micromanager is.
He may know the definition. The funny part is that he thinks DD leans over the coaches' shoulders for every decision, leaves nothing up to them, and nitpicks every move they make, when the actual issue is that he didn't get involved last year with the running game and offense as much as he should have. He allowed them to try to work through it, and it didn't work out.
Either way, he's wrong as usual and literally knows nothing about how the setup is under Dooley.

I think Dooley focuses too much on non football issues, probably because he doesn't know x's and o's very well. If he were great w media and personable that would be fine. The real issue is he is a pr nightmare that comes across as an ass.
PR nightmare? And can you give us evidence of these non-football issues because "shower talk" was related to football.
