I always believed that R. Clausen became the leader of the team in this game and for the next season--and Fulmer screwed the team the following year by trying to stick with Ainge...

I know that R. Clausen wasn't the best QB--but he earned my respect in this game--and I believe the respect of the team who were willing to follow him as their QB...JMO....:salute:

Clausen just showed in that game that you do not need a NFL top 10 pick arm to lead a football team. Rick was a very smart QB and was great at running the offense. He got us in good plays and was able to check down and take what was there. I think fans see the big arm with Bray and thinks that is all we need to win.

I am not sure if he has visited Miami in the past. I just read on their board he was expected to visit there this weekend and did not make it in. Maybe that is a good sign for us.
