Galloway's was the best. I go more for a good beer selection. Cootie browns and jacks city grill are the best for that. I cant remember the name of the brewery/restaurant that use to be downtown

Best meal I've had in the tri-cities was at the Troutdale. Couldn't stand some of those smarmy ass people eating around us, but the service was wonderful.
