Depends.

Right now I am pissed at Motos, it used to be my favorite. I tried Miso down by campus and it has improved immensely since last year, plus tons of hot college waitresses if you are single.

Red Pig is a great local BBQ place.

I had a pretty decent meal at Wellington's if we are talking more upscale.

I have heard good things about 112Downtown, but am yet to try.

That's all I can come up with. Not really impressed with JC dining.

Galloway's was the best. I go more for a good beer selection. Cootie browns and jacks city grill are the best for that. I cant remember the name of the brewery/restaurant that use to be downtown
