Its dumb for you to say Jac and Bray weren't Kiffin recruits when they both commited while he was our coach. And asking why they didn't follow him to USC is a dumb question. Not every kid is going to follow someone all the way across the country no matter how much they like him.

So the HC is ultimately responsible for every recruit being here, even if the kid recruited committed because of a position coach? Had Chaney not been here, Bray wouldn't have been here. It's that simple. If any coach in America were at UT, Jac would've been here. He loved Fulmer too and that was a big reason he loved UT, so can we count him as a Fulmer recruit?

And I'm pretty sure any coach could have "reeled" Jac in, don't make that out to be something that was impressive.

He can say that Chaney was the sole reason all day. Where would he have been if he wouldn't have come here?

Vol-apolooza

That sounds a lot cooler than the Vol Ball which sounds like you need a tux and a date.

And this is where we start seeing the people that weren't following recruiting until Dooley was hired come out...

I'd say you're thinking of James Stone. He said had Kiffin still been here he wouldn't have signed with UT.

I know Stone said that too.....but i know i read a a rivals article after Darick committed where he stated he wasnt high on tn with kiffin here. Either way, our program is better off without him in the long and short term.

Jaq committed to foolmer.

Do you think recruiting the "right" way is going to win you an SEC championship?

Of course every team cheats in a way, but do you want to get into the same boat as Auburn? There's a video of the RB for USC, claiming while drunk that USC is "breaking bread" for the players.

Smith starting looking around until CDD reeled him in. Seriously dude you need to let go of your love affair of kitty. He's gone and more than likely will be gone from USC in the near future. You talk about CDD, what has kitty done? Its because of his dad that he even has a job.

Jac was looking around due to the uncertainty left by Kiffin leaving. Absolutely no other reason.

I would say in the long run we are better off. I definately wouldn't say in the short term were better off though.

You dont think the NCAA would be hammering us a lot harder in August with LK and his staff still here? IMO thats in the short term. You definitely entitled to your opinion.......we will just agree to disagree on that topic.
