A good handgun

No, pard. A fella needs more than a 9mm if he wants to stop the crosstown dealership from comin' over to his lot and urinatin' on his door handles. I agree, however, that if a fella only wants to shoot targets at the range, anything more would be overkill. Hell, anything more than an air pistol would be overkill in that instance.

Dude, listen. A 9mm would be capable of killing most humans if you were to place the bullet in the right place. You can continue to be overkill, pard. That's your choice, pard, pard, pard, pard......wait until it gets annoying, pard, pard, pard.

The bold is my point, pard. I'm no military marksman. Hell, the other fella had a good recommendation for you with the Smith and Wesson .40. That's a great firearm.

I'd go with the .50 Action Express, pard. I think it's the right firearm to start with if a fella is serious, and, hell, the Israeli Army can't be wrong.

A ****in .50 cal is not a starter weapon. Wow. You incite rage. While I'm not a weapon carrier, I do uphold our right to carry arms. Your constant belief that americans need an .50 cal makes me believe otherwise. Or it really believes in abortion

First, I am truly appreciative of you and our Supreme Court upholdin' our rights, pard. I don't know how those nine could do it without you. Next, I do not believe that all Americans need the services of the .50 AE, I just think that if a fella wants to get into shootin', it would be a decent option for him.

I don't own a handgun and I live in one of the most dangerous areas of one of the most dangerous cities of America. I don't need a handgun. Not until I have a family.

i was saying he is winning because he is trying to get to you and you are letting him.

I am doin' nothin' of the sort, pard. The fella wanted firearm advice, and I supplied him with the knowledge I have. I truly do believe that a .50 AE Desert Eagle would be a tremendous firearm for any fella to own. I stand by that sentiment.

Who the **** are you talking to? Regular citizens or a militia ready to be armed to the teeth for anything? I mean are you on crack? It's a legit question. I have a right to know whether the person I am talking to is crazy.

I live about 2 blocks from Frayser. I question every day whether I should own a handgun or not. But I find it funny some peoples comments on it.

Well I suppose I am conversin' with you, pard. I guess I am just partial to the .50 AE when it comes to firearms. Now, I do not believe that every person needs to own one. I missed the part where I said so. I just think it would be a great firearm to own for a fella lookin' to get into firearms is all.

I'm not sure about any right of yours to know about the psychological state of the person you are conversin' with given that there is no contractual context or anything (and even then...), but I suppose we may be able to couch it in some sort of substantive due process claim and argue from there. To that end, I am not on crack, pard, but simply about six glasses of rye.

Go to a range that has multiple guns and try them out. I have many, but the Glock 32 is the one I carry with me most of the time.

NY is right, you can't go wrong with a glock. If you are concerned with an external safety, Taurus is great mid priced pistol.
