kinda what i thought too, but i guess it would be considered a flash back moving forward. this show is hell for sure.

But how is that a flash FORWARD if they are going from 2007 to 2004? Also a lot of things are different between the 2 flights. Other things would have had to of changed other than the crash never happening.

Expose was the show the girl worked on who was buried alive on the island (with her boyfriend). It's shown up a couple times in the show

I think they're just establishing that everyone on the first flight is also on this one. The other references just back up the theory that all the passengers are connected somehow. Just my theory but I don't see it meaning much

Keep watching that video. Shannon and Boone walk up behind them and Boone asks for a chair. This is all old material that we saw in season 3. I don't know what type of clues you are looking for here.

I think you're confused. This is all footage from the original timeline before anyone ever boards 815. This is not from the alt timeline.

What does everybody think about everybody off the island. Is it a parallel universe or a future look at what it will be like once they figure things out on the island?

i've actually thought about that and am hoping it's the latter. i can't get into the parallel universe storyline.

I guess it technically wouldn't be a flash forward. However, I think it could be what happens after the Losties figure out the island. Remember, the island was underwater at the beginning so someone like Desmond wouldn't have been there and could have been on the plane.

You might be right, there are just to many things that are left to be figured out. Like if there is no island and no numbers, how did Hurley win the lottery and why was he if Australia? That was the sole purpose of him being there.

One thing I've noticed during the off island scenes. The Losties seem to have that "I know you from somewhere" look on their faces when they interact with one another.

Im guessing that they are experiencing a dejavu sensation. That could be the show's reasoning as to why we experience this...because we knew the person in an alternate timeline.

So I started to think about who else could be infected. Claire seemed to really resemble Rouseau at the end of the episode. Then I remembered Rouseau killing all the others that were with her because they began to act differently.

Who else could be infected?
