How many recruits do we lose after UCLA loss

Just the opposite I think they will see and think that hey they could really use a guy like me and what I bring!

Anyone NOT surprised by the "finger-pointing" reported after the game ? Considering "Coach" K's offseason recruiting antics and his belief that the best players ONLY want to be on ESPN and/or in front of any camera/microphone, I'm not surprised that some of these "top" recruits and/or current Vol players now have lost their understanding of the team concept and are only concerned with their own image (See UGA).

nvm

Edit: I failed to see that you're obviously a gator fan...with that being the case, your thoughts on this matter are completely irrelevant

Yeah, I hope that we can turn this into a positive learning experience for the coaching staff and team...with as much of a bashing that the SEC and Tennessee take from the media out here in CA, this will not make national recruiting any easier.

I love the fact that these kids played hard til the very end, all except one senior who still makes the same mistakes as a true freshman would. I even like the fans booing instead of sitting on their hands. The stadium was alive and I think the recruits liked that atmosphere.

I'd say this thread was started with noble intentions, but it has become an epic fail!

O we'll lose every recruit, better believe it.. Every recruit who lives in a fantasy world and thinks not working hard and not playing up to expectations will go unnoticed...

I heard Giovanni Bernard was supposed to be at the game. I guess our chances of getting him are now slim to none especially since he is from Florida. Anyone see Zach Fulton there? I heard he was supposed to be there too. Regardless, 3 good pick ups today. Keep it up recruiters!

Gio thoroughly enjoyed his visit, per Matt Phrem

That game won't affect recruiting at all. Kiffin was recruiting as a new coach after a 5-7 season. These guys know what is up. If anything, the way our defense played to keep us in the game could gain recruits.

Seems like some of these teenagers are better at gaging the situation here then some of the Debbie Downers...

Not positive what difference it will make. But it was evident from sitting there that most of the visitors realized it was a QB problem, and not a team wide problem.
