I haven’t talked with the regional team to see specifics. Georgia is supposed to be handling their portion.

rumor is they are increasing the speed limit to 90 to be able to keep players out of jail.

If you have a sport, I think you strive to be good at everything. But, I am guessing some of that money is dedicted to specific things. Football being good helps everything though.
