I trust your intel and think that this was real at some point, but with three days left to the deadline I just doubt he’s going to make a late breaking decision at this point. If conversations are as mature as you’ve mentioned, and we’ve been in dialogue for a long time, his decision has probably already been made. I’m not sure what could change at this point that finally makes him flip.

Yes, there is still time, but I just mentioned this in another post but we’ve been seemingly talking to him for weeks, if not longer. Really not sure what could change in 72 hours that finally pushes him over the edge.

Maybe Hill and Tanner are waiting to see what the other does? If both want the point, that makes them mutually exclusive?Does Hill want to be the PG? Is that where he's projected at the next level?

Perhaps, but at least Hill sounded a bit flexible. He wanted to play the 2 some as well.

Despite what anonymous posters say, the Vandy mods do not anticipate him leaving. Trilly Donovan said he didn't see him entering the portal. And, you know, with just a few days left, Tanner hasn't actually entered the portal.

In fact, he is being used in promotional videos and is currently liking IG posts from new Vandy players.

I think it would be smart to be extremely cautious on expecting to get Tanner at this point.

I see you too also seem to not pay attention. Was established that “giving day” video was before the ncaa tournament even started. Also, in regards to anything related to instagram…both Jalen Carey and Ethan Burg posted a multi pic post all about Tennessee, just a few days before they portaled. But, you want to continue to disregard information given to you and see what you want, don’t let me stop you.

I kind of don’t get this rant?

Nobody is ignoring information. The BEST info that is out there is that this is still uncertain. One could believe every word of SF’s info and still think TT is or isn’t coming. Both would be consistent with known public info.

In addition, things change fast in the portal season. Maybe it was 50-50 yesterday and someone has decided something today and it’s no longer 50-50.

Actually, I have paid attention. Just as someone could point out that his appearence in the video doesn't preclude his ultimately leaving, one could argue that Vanderbilt wouldn't risk the humiliation if they had an inkling he was considering leaving at this point. It seems like some are seeing what they want to see.

My point -- it isn't "crazy" as you suggested, to be really skeptical of Tanner coming here at this point given the portal entry window closes quite soon and he hasn't entered. And reputable people like Trilly Donovan have posted he doesn't think he will enter the portal.

So, really, who is the one "disregarding" information?

Not what i meant. Tyler Tanner comments on a teammates instagram post and everyone’s like “oh **** he’s not coming, never was gonna happen”. That’s what i meant.

But you yourself have no idea one way or the other, so you choose to base your opinions of of instagram posts and month old videos. So you either have a bad memory or you’re choosing to ignore SF’s write up literally yesterday morning.
