2025/26 Transfer Portal Thread

Another boom!

Like this add a lot better than most of the veteran backs we were looking at.

Averaged 4 yards a carry and had a 10+ yard run in 9 of Tulane's 14 games this year.

Also like that it gives you another younger back in that room after not signing a high school prospect and losing Peyton Lewis.

no one cares but Gordon is the type of player and person to marry with current RB room & projected room going forward. Doesnt grab headlines but needed
I know a little about this young man. Very high character, fits perfectly in our run scheme. Really good this year picking up blitz blocking scheme at TU. I know for a fact that they hated to lose him.

Guess I was right about DW making the rules CJH had to follow regarding the portal. Got blasted by a few in this thread. Accd to ADDW:

"We want to dominate college sports. But I don’t think we’re dominating it if we create the next big scandal around here,” White said. “We’re still under NCAA probation from the last one. We need to win with integrity, and that’s what I said when I got here. That’s exactly what we’re going to do. That doesn’t mean we’re not going to win as much. We can win without breaking rules.”

😂😂😂 go read the whole thing. Lots of info in it. We're never winning anything big with DW at the helm. Mr. Rule Follower has to color in the lines.

Yeah I thought his comments were really interesting. Just think about it: Tennessee is still having recruiting penalties even though the house settlement is now requiring the ncaa and conferences to provide back pay to the very athletes we got in trouble for paying. And Jeremy Pruitt is allowed to coach again.

So the only entity still being punished for ncaa rules that were later deemed illegal by a judge is the university of Tennessee. Danny needs to grow a pair and tell the ncaa to go **** itself.
