Too much ice

Typical troll reaction where you have to move the goalposts.

I don’t have to justify anything in this ordeal. The beauty of this day and age is there multiple videos and angles that can be independently sourced.

The videos out there justify the use of force. And this isn’t a pro or anti anything. It’s common sense.

Either you are unfamiliar with the law or can’t be objective because you can’t critically think.

Good luck.

I backed off something I shouldn't have said and admitted it. I'm a troll for that? I'm a troll for asking you how leather tastes. Backing off when we are wrong is what we should all do. I changed it before I saw what you said. It doesn't even say "edited" on my post, I changed it so fast, but you are living in this thread, fighting tooth and nail to defend an overreaching government who kills its civilians.

Where does the constitution authorize ICE to stop civilans? Where does the constitution authorize immigration enforcement?

How's that leather taste?

The constitution doesn’t say a lot of things. I’m game to end every federal policy and program not mentioned in the constitution. Are you?

You forget the ICE Agent is human and his life matters also. Unfortunate she’s dead; but she’s dead due to her bad choices.

Impeding government operations is a felony if you want to nitpick about it. Once again, check the video. She literally pulled in the middle of an active street in front of ICE vehicles. Literally witnesses said as such and its verified witness record she was part of a group following ICE around.

ICE had total legal authority to conduct operations in the USA. Just because you don’t like the current law of the land doesn’t mean you can decide to impede legal government operations.

Also this gif below seals the deal on this being justified. Had the tires not spun out (on ice) she runs over the agent in front of the car. And don’t try to rebut this with he had no right to be standing there.

Front tires are turned slightly left while agent is directly in front of the vehicle. He’s roadkill when she gassed it if the tires don’t slip.

You can chose to argue that isn’t the case but the videos and angles won’t back you up. It’s okay to not like or disagree with public policy.

This whole thing was avoidable from this lady.

Idk. It's speculation on the thoughts of a dead women...Do you have a logical explanation why her wife you get outta the car if the intention was for her to flee??
I haven’t spent much time thinking about it.

Im not sure that it was her wife filming and it doesn’t really change anything.

Whether or not she was protesting or obstructing them doesn’t mean her life was worthless.

Where have I ever said that?

Ice would be seen in a more favorable light of they concentrated on the bad ones first instead of fields and home Depot

To be fair, hasn't ICE attempted to apprehend the bad ones? Arriving to a site, attempting to apprehend those already in custody with local LE, only to arrive and be informed that "you just missed them, they were just released".

Not at all...her life wasn't worthless..but if they had pre-planned to engage with the ICE agents there may some liability issue with the wife..and it's confirmed it was her wife recording..and her wife saying it was her fault she was there..I wished she felt her life meant more if not for herself at least her kids..cuz I promise you illegals don't gaf.

I'm guessing she wanted to film the inevitable interaction.....and assumed ice would show their ass (she underestimated)
Kind of like a sting operation so many agencies use.
Guessing that's what the intent was and she panicked and accelerated toward and away from the agent....given the wife response only increase the likelihood of that being the case..sad

This is the confusing part to me. I don’t think there is sizeable amount of people who view her life being worthless. Sure you have fringe elements who would but i don’t think there is a ton of people who agree with that.

I think the use of force was justified. I don’t think she should have died but I also believe she 1000% is responsible for putting herself in that position.

They are.

From the article:

Since January, ICE has taken nearly 150,000 people into federal custody — 100,000 of whom either had pending criminal charges filed against them or had been previously convicted of a crime, according to ICE. About 67% of illegal immigrants arrested had a criminal charge pending or had been convicted.

“Most detainees come from state and local arrests,” Arthur said. “Traffic stops are the most common.”

As seen during a ride-along with Florida Highway Patrol in southeast Florida in July, illegal immigrants who were discovered during traffic stops were turned over to federal immigration authorities. While many were not the “worst of the worst” and did not have criminal histories, they will be counted in ICE’s arrests, but not because ICE sought out noncriminals.

I'm glad there are groups out there attempting to keep ice in check.
and I hope that this incident serves to increase the public's rightful distrust of ice and all that that brings.
