The Atlanta Braves

I lean this way, too. It feels like the team as a whole takes on Heupel’s personality. Which isn’t conducive to what we need from the players. Especially on defense. I mean, we have zero dawgs and have had very few his entire tenure. An unfortunate pattern emerging.
It sounds like Poindexter is coming with Knowles and that’s a good start, but I’m shocked at how bad the DL is. I think you can get away with bringing in the lone LB from Baylor, but they need a ton of DL help and a new two deep at safety

We also have had one DC his entire tenure, now gone. I'd like to see if the pattern continues under a known hard ass DC.

You'd better be elite with a name like Poindexter.

Need the Wake Forest kid in a bad way. We're trending, so that is a good sign. And it would be great if Knowles could convince that Coleman to come along with him.

My other wants are the OSU safety if we can convince him to portal in order to play with his brother. Kevin's Byards brother would also be great. And we need another CB obviously.

So, im going to get on my soapbox for a minute because I've seen fans whining for it all morning.

Playoff games should be on college campuses.

The Rose Bowl should NOT be permanent host to the NCG game.

I think the issue is logistics. It's a big reason a lot of cities don't get considered to host a SB. Knoxville doesn't even have enough hotels to account for regular TN home games. A NCG in Knoxville would be complete chaos. And Knoxville is a fairly large college town with a lot of hotel space. A town like Tusclaoosa, AL or Oxford, MS would be impossible to host.

What exactly is his personality? Is it the chip on his shoulder, run up the score on people, get under the skin of Beamer/Drink, Snow Community College to national champ/Heisman contender at OU Heup? Or the one we've seen the last couple of years?

It sucks, but I wonder if he was really aggressive early in his tenure here, won some big games, got paid, and now he coaches like a guy protecting what he thinks he has.

NCG game is fin, but every round up to that should be.

The first 2 rounds should be on campus. I was just talking with a co-worker yesterday about how incredible a NYE night game would be at Neyland. I don't care how cold it might be. I'm OK with moving it to a neutral site for the semis and obviously the final should be at a neutral site.

I imagine the complicating factor is that the 6 "big" bowl games we have now all want to be part of the playoff, and the title game itself is its own thing and not a bowl game.
