The Atlanta Braves

Go the week after Thanksgiving
We did this a couple years ago when we had just 1 kid. Not crowded at all and the weather was fantastic. The trip itself was great and nowhere near as bad as I thought it might be. Also went with the in-laws + wife's brother/SIL and their young kid, which sounds bad but it was nice having the in-laws around as extra help.

On our last day there, my son started feeling sick and had gunk all over one eye. It got worse over the next couple of days. Turns out he had RSV and gave it to me, then my wife got it, who was pregnant at the time and ended up spending a night in the hospital over it. We both had a cough and raspy voice that, not exaggerating, took until early January to completely go away. Good times.

RSV as an adult was a real kick in the trousers

This had to be some kind of weaponized, created-in-a-lab special Disney strand.

Since kids I've had it at least one other time and the other time(s) it was COVID or mild flu-like. This was something else. Eye gunk, a harsh, incessant cough that made it very difficult to eat or even talk, body aches, fatigue, etc.

The first 2 rounds should be on campus. I was just talking with a co-worker yesterday about how incredible a NYE night game would be at Neyland. I don't care how cold it might be. I'm OK with moving it to a neutral site for the semis and obviously the final should be at a neutral site.

I imagine the complicating factor is that the 6 "big" bowl games we have now all want to be part of the playoff, and the title game itself is its own thing and not a bowl game.
Oh, I thought about Alabama freezing their dicks off in Bloomington, i thought it was funny.

Thats the problem the P6 bowl games become irrelevant if they are on campuses. Then they'll get matchups like Iowa vs Vandy which they dont want.

The NCG being at a neutral site is fine, I just dont think it should be at the Rose Bowl every year like I've seen people say. Hell the Rose Bowl people should be punished for being a pain in the ass over a sunset.

I think it's because that is the only thing about that venue they've got to hold on to. I've only driven around the outside of the stadium, never been to a game there, but there isn't anything special about that setting other than the backdrop. Which admittedly is gorgeous. The area around the stadium is just a giant parking lot and a muni golf course. The stands aren't steep and the sight lines are supposedly pretty bad. I think it's also very dated. So is Neyland, but Neyland doesn't have the other drawbacks I just mentioned.

I'm sure it was a pre-eminent venue when it was first built and for many decades after that, but not in the modern era.

Fire the DC and hire a better one. Check.

Fire the entire Defensive staff minus RG. I think we see movement there tomorrow.

Hire some stud replacements.

Get 4 DBs that can play. TBD

Get an alpha LB. I believe that is in the works.

Get 3-4 DL. TBD

Get a QB. TBD

Get a RB. TBD

Fire the S&C coach and hire a bad ****. It’s coming.

Heupel is more motivated for this off season than ever. He’s excited about the changes coming and has a plan. Danny is backing him with everything he needs. Buckle up.

Go the week after Thanksgiving
We actually went the first full week of November like 2 years ago and it was insanely crowded. We couldn't figure out why. No holidays or special events. Kids everywhere in America still in school. Every ride was over an hour wait and fast passes were snatched up like crazy.

Supposedly around the third week of August is the least attended if you like melting
Went for 1 day on August 31st when my daughter was still young enough to get in free. We were already at the beach for the week and thought it would be a good change of pace. It was the was best Disney World experience I've ever had.

Virtually no lines. Rode about 6-7 rides at MK, park hopped to Epcot and rode 5 more rides, including Ratatouille twice. And I was able to grab a virtual que for Guardians of the Galaxy, which had only been open about 2 months.
