Martinez sucks. The portal has extended his career by masking his inability to actually coach.

Inge may be a good man but his LBs were just bad this year.

Keep Garner if he wants to be here and clean house.
Portal players have to be coached too!! Also he did a good job with Redmond. I agree with you on Inge. But Martinez is a good coach

Martinez has done a good job coaching corners. Most anyone can coach Safeties better than Banks did
This has to be one of the stupidest post I have seen on this site. Martinez has been the worst coach on the whole team. In five years the corners have the worst coached group on the field. Only pure talent has kept us from exploding on the outside.

No he is not. We will disagree there.

He got lucky with portal talent. They were mostly already developed. If anything he taught them the art of not turning and looking for the ball.

Any coach that was part of the zone “coverage” needs to be fired. The one where defenders stayed 7 yard away from relievers, allowed them to make the catch, and missed tackles 10 yards down the field.

The one responsible was fired.... Banks?

That’s just not true. Safeties are by far the worst.
McCoy and Hood Can in without much acclaim. Redmond has definitely developed.

Colton Hood couldn't crack the depth chart at Colorado and is an NFL player after a year with Martinez. He also got a true freshman ready to have a freshman All-SEC caliber season. Nobody did more with less the last two years than Martinez.

NFL scouts and front office people have valued him and the players he produces dating back to his time at Georgia and his first stint at Tennessee. The list of his NFL products that came in as 3* or lower players is lengthy.

You're not required to like him, but you don't know the intricacies of defensive football if you think he's bad at his job.
