The amount of people who don't understand why people in supervisory positions can't bang subordinates is amazing to me. Especially people in highly publicly visible jobs like Moore was.Breaking the law isn’t the bar here. If you’re the CEO of a Fortune 500 company and have an affair with a subordinate, you’re getting fired too. The head coach at any major college football program is no different, this is a leadership issue, a power-dynamic issue, and a reputational issue. His job isn’t like a typical public employee, it’s a high-visibility leadership role where personal conduct directly affects the university.
Got fired first, then fought with his wife, then broke into the GF home and threatened himself and others. No i think beating your wife, running to your girlfriends house threatening harm, then getting fired is frowned upon. Michigan had no choice but to terminate with cause
