Honestly, that's kind "Rich" coming from that Franchise... Nobody was complaining when Yankees won 4/5 from 96-2000 ... Probably should've won more from 1996-2003...

If payrolls were so important, than the Dodgers should've won 10/13 World Series... biggest payroll except for 3 seasons...
Agree. I just find it interesting that even one of the top spenders is alledgedly concerned. I have read multiple things from various sources across baseball and they all say that the resolve on pursuing a cap (with a floor) by the majority of owners is about as high as it has ever been. We shall see!

First session is about an hour. Does a baseline assessment of certain functions - cranial, atlas, bronchial, spleen, sinus, stomach, large/small intestine, liver, etc.

If any of those areas are flagged as issue areas, you go into an extensive discussion of environmental and food sensitivities that may be contributing.

He recommends you cut out certain foods and add certain vitamins/minerals to your daily routine. Return in two weeks and see if the same foods are flagged.

First time I went was about 3yrs ago. Now I go back maybe once a year. But if I’m having any physical issues, I’ll schedule an appointment with him prior to seeing my GP. I still see my GP, but I start with functional medicine to see if my body just doesn’t like some food I’ve been eating or I’m reacting to some other environmental antagonist. Usually adjusting/fine-tuning my diet and daily activities resolves the issue.

I’ve settled into a good spot.
Thanks for the info. Can you pinpoint any specific changes that helped with sinus and joint issues (besides sugar, ultra-processed foods, etc)?

Haven't seen a doctor in about six years, but am curious about functional medicine. Hopefully there are some good options around here.

Thanks again.

Perhaps but I stopped watching the MLB partly because of salary disparities. Tired of watching good players lured away from my Reds, and the Rays, by the big market teams.

Shouldn't players be paid what their agents can get them? To me the blame should be on the Greedy agents...

It’s been in the “talks” for a couple years…
G league games are so bad. I went a couple of weeks ago only because my step daughter met the GM at a business function promoting the City of Kissimmee for her work. He gave her and my wife and me free tickets and VIP Lounge access. I wanted to leave at halftime it was so bad but I wanted to take advantage of the free food and drinks in the VIP Lounge.

Former Vol Jaden Springer was playing for the other team. He shot like 30 times and made 1 I think. He looked lost. I don't see him making NBA again. Couple of other players I recognized from college like former Kansas/Michigan center Hunter Dickerson, LSU Javonte Smart, Florida Colin Castleton and a couple of others, There is no game plan or defense at all, they just run up and down the court shooting bricks. It was bad

you forgot the Marlins. I had season tickets for 8 years when I lived in Miami and finally gave them up because Marlins would trade their stars or best players every year so I got tired of blowing money on a bunch of nobody's.

I think Banks was fired last week and the new dude was hired yesterday. . . or at least offered the yob.
That's too much secrecy involved. I doubt UT would make an offer to a setting DC without first talking to someone at their university. Could be wrong here but integrity has to come into play somewhere in all this.

It’s not that complicated to be a solid MLB team…. All you have to do is combine the philosophies of the Astros, Braves, and Rays.

1. Build a strong farm and scouting department
2. Build a hitting and pitching lab
3. Eliminate any unnecessary salaries till ready to compete.
4. Hold back draft picks to bring up around the same time to start their clock together
5. sign players early to long term deals. You get a big discount and have control till guys reach their thirties
6. Trade marginal players( mid three era but with bad other metrics as an example) for guys with high end potential
7. Get guys based off analytics instead of normal stats/ analytics.
