? This is what you want. You want your flagship university to attract the best and brightest in the state. That is the goal and we are getting there.

What I prefer is our state university to not take out-of-state kids with slightly higher GPAs and test scores.

North of Atlanta. I really like our guy. Some of them are very granola, and I get the sense their is a lack of consistency across the community of practitioners, but combined with our general practitioner visits, the functional medicine has been life changing.

What are the office visits like? Do you talk with the doc for an extended period of time?

I saw a naturopath while in Colorado and enjoyed/benefited from that aspect.

First session is about an hour. Does a baseline assessment of certain functions - cranial, atlas, bronchial, spleen, sinus, stomach, large/small intestine, liver, etc.

If any of those areas are flagged as issue areas, you go into an extensive discussion of environmental and food sensitivities that may be contributing.

He recommends you cut out certain foods and add certain vitamins/minerals to your daily routine. Return in two weeks and see if the same foods are flagged.

First time I went was about 3yrs ago. Now I go back maybe once a year. But if I’m having any physical issues, I’ll schedule an appointment with him prior to seeing my GP. I still see my GP, but I start with functional medicine to see if my body just doesn’t like some food I’ve been eating or I’m reacting to some other environmental antagonist. Usually adjusting/fine-tuning my diet and daily activities resolves the issue.

I’ve settled into a good spot.

I can't say I disagree. Our showings against physical teams lead me to believe this is a middle if the road SEC team........ Unless things fall into place and a couple of guys make huge strides I don't see this team as capable of a deep tourney run.

Meh, just a rough patch against an incredibly tough OOC.

We are spoiled with several years of teams with dominant seasons. We'll end up at worst a top 5 seed, which is still really good.
