'26 TX ATH Legend Bey

I’ll say it again. While none of us know the family dynamics, just saying the kid will do what he wants when he turns 18 grossly oversimplifies things. If the family can’t get on the same page this is going to be a train wreck wherever he ends up. In fact, if they aren’t on the same page, we don’t need that chaos.
Exactly.

Seems like a bunch people that love to complicate life.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about him until this mess.

AP said Bey was the one that reached out to UT staff on NSD about flipping back. Then signed everything himself and called AP to do his flip/commit interview.

Everything since has surprised everyone on our side (staff, media).

All the other stuff out there has been rumor run wild or outright fan fiction.

We'll probably end up cutting him loose if he really feels the way he's made it sound in his posts

I do find it odd that there's been absolutely no word addressing this from the family.....and no i dont believe those tweets were actually him.

Then maybe he had second thoughts and is trying to get out of it.

I think volleygirl mentioned a great reason why this may be happening.

Which was?
I'm gonna believe Bey decided to take into consideration his family's advice (like most teenagers should) and signed with Tennessee, then caught a bunch of crap from tosu people. Pressure to explain to them what changed resulted in the posts after signing just to get them off his back.
This one

To add to this…OSU lost their OC the morning of ESD (and possibly his position coach). He had every right and reason to flip.

wild

He’s 17 and was clearly struggling with a decision. He flipped to Tennessee and the OSU fans freaked out. He said don’t be mad at me my momma made me do it. We will be fine either way but fans and humans love a good soap opera and this is a doozy. I say he stays on with the Vols and becomes a LEGEND.
