This is a problem for JH and the staff

I have no idea what he did with Sark

Sark was fired from USC and publicly humiliated. Kiffin went to Saban and convinced him that Sark was worth saving. According to Sark, Saban told him that if it went bad he would hold Kiffin responsible. And this is was after Sarkisian replaced him at USC. Kiffin is a lot of things but I appreciate what he did for someone who had lost everything to addiction.

I think JA's post-game comments said a lot. A lot about the root cause of UT's issues this year.

If the players aren't bringing the intensity, then that's on the staff. There are ways to fix that.

Or you run into what is known as a "cascading casualty". The leaking valve eventually leaks worse; overcomes the bilge pump; gets into a switchboard, and now you have a leak that became minor flooding that is now a major fire.

We already had our dumpster fire(s). I'd prefer to avoid another one. Fix the damn leak.

Go Vols.
He didn't say they didn't bring intensity. He said that he felt they needed to bring that "extra level" of intensity and urgency to every practice. He literally followed that up with " not that we don't, we just need to get that extra level". I don't think he worded his response in the best way to express what I believe he was trying to say but that's how I took his statement. I don't think he was calling out the coaches, at all. He was saying he felt the players needed to find that extra gear to bring to practices on a more consistent basis.

I have no problem with his weight, many people are overweight. But I do have a problem with his appearance. Very selddom clean shaved. Either grow a beard or shave one or the other. A person can be overweight and still dress neat.
I was hoping Danny White would've put in his contract that he must shave regularly and wear Vineyard Vines clothes only. This is literally what we are criticizing about our coach now. LOL

Heard this quote from PJ Fleck: on bad teams, nobody leads. On good teams, coaches lead. On great teams, players lead.

I’d say our 2022 team was led by HH and that team had incredible belief to fight back in the Bama game after the fumble in the 4th.

I thought this year’s UGA game could be a springboard for us to keep improving but instead, the opposite happened.

Ultimately it’s the HC responsibility but we need to get back to the standard being the standard. The last game of the year was inexcusable against Vandy.

Losing in OT to UGa is one thing, but the last game was pathetic. We’ve gotta keep building and hopefully find a team that’s player led and doesn’t flinch when adversity strikes.
