Louisiana: Often cited as the worst state, particularly in U.S. News & World Report's 2025 "Best States" ranking, due to low scores in areas like crime and corrections. The state of Mississippi sucks. I used to live there a couple of my high school years. There’s a reason it’s voted the worst state in America. Ole Miss being in the playoff still doesn’t take away that LSU is a better job, be realistic.
I don't necessarily like him , nor do I despise him. He's just a shifty , opportunistic type of person. But ... If he were to lose 2 or 3 games and cost them a shot at the playoffs , the Ole Piss fans would have been renting trucks and parking in front of his house with pitchforks in hand. LSU offers him way more money and resources with a much better recruiting pool . He'd be an idiot to not take the job imo. The only thing I really hated was the douche move to try to poach our players on his way out , but after I shook it off , I wasn't upset that he went to USC . It was what he thought , a big opportunity. Too many people can't seem to see both perspectives. It's all about me and what I want at the moment. I sure as hell wouldn't want him here now. We need long term stability.Honestly, I think some are somewhat defending Kiffin because they like him and wish he'd come back here.
If it were Brian Kelly or James Franklin pulling this crap, I seriously doubt many would be so quick to back them up.
dudeYes, reports of infidelity were a factor in Lane Kiffin's divorce from his wife, Layla Kiffin, in 2016. Rumors of affairs surfaced in late 2015, which was followed by the announcement of their split in early 2016.
Anyone familiar with the Blue Waffle?
Google it...![]()
Well I can also tell you Athens GA have some of the unsafest roads with bulldog players cruising and fleeing police at 100mph + with their parents trying to prevent the police from apprehending said player.Oxford >>>> Baton Rouge
“Baton Rouge has a high crime rate, particularly for violent and property crimes, and is considered one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S. Its violent crime rate is significantly higher than the national average, and it has been ranked among the least safe cities in recent analyses.”
Kind of like the cult that thinks Bobby Hill will ever win a championship here? I appreciate what Heupel has done pulling UT back from the abyss, but we have seen his ceiling.Because we have a small minority of fans who think Kiffin is the best thing to happen since sliced bread.
Reality is, he’s not changed nor grew up to a better person. He’s the same man child that left Tennessee high & dry for his “dream” job, which I’m assuming LSU is his “dream” job as well. Hell he’s probably had multiple dream jobs since he’s been alive.
His worshippers refuse to believe it and calls anybody out that sees right through his BS.
Might as well call it a cult.
