Things getting ugly at Ole Miss

Golding refusing to tag along is admirable. His wife went to OM and is from Oxford. He’s talked about how big the move was from T-Town to Oxford for his family life and the positive impact it had on them. Cool to see coaches live and coach for something more than the next shiny thing.

Bad divorces from The Raiders, UT, UAT and now Ole *iss. What's the common denominator?

Honestly, I think some are somewhat defending Kiffin because they like him and wish he'd come back here.

If it were Brian Kelly or James Franklin pulling this crap, I seriously doubt many would be so quick to back them up.

Because we have a small minority of fans who think Kiffin is the best thing to happen since sliced bread.

Reality is, he’s not changed nor grew up to a better person. He’s the same man child that left Tennessee high & dry for his “dream” job, which I’m assuming LSU is his “dream” job as well. Hell he’s probably had multiple dream jobs since he’s been alive.

His worshippers refuse to believe it and calls anybody out that sees right through his BS.

Might as well call it a cult.

Dwight sums up Lane for me:

I actually commend Lane for lobbying Ole Miss to stay on to coach through the playoffs. They ultimately decided otherwise so they’ll lose in the first round.
