This loss stings. It’s the worst Ive felt after a loss under Heupel besides uscjr

I will always believe that USCjr cheated and that injury to Hooker was a crime. He's never been the same.

As much I stress the need to make staff changes, I really think the biggest issue this year was basically standing pat on the roster last offseason. We were way too content with too many holes in the upcoming roster. We also allowed the roster to be too inexperienced, as a whole.

Hopefully this lesson was learned.

Facts. This season was pre-determined by last off-season. Under no circumstance should we have the players starting at safety and STAR this many years into his tenure.

I'm telling you, our OL fell apart. I mentioned this during the game. I doubt Heupel replaces his bestie, but Elarbee has not done a great job developing these guys.

The thing that kills me is this staff, by and large, is very good at finding players in the portal. What they’ve ended up doing is de-emphasizing a strength in favor of trying to develop mostly high school recruits, which (frankly) has been much more hit-or-miss for them.
