Hey, did y’all know Diego was a high school wrestler? And he even won a state title?!?!? And that’s why he’s such an impressive 6th year senior College QB? Who would have ever thought that being a one time high school state champion wrestler means your an automatic Heisman candidate. These announcers need to gargle some Listerine. Their throats are full of Pavia …..

For the first time in my life, I will be rooting for Vandy to beat the Vols. Vandy has a slim chance of making the playoffs but the Vols season is essentially over. At least one team from the Great State of Tennessee has a chance.

Blasphemy

Ban worthy post if I have ever seen one.

Please surrender your UT degree (if applicable) on your way out the door lol.

You are obviously not a Vol fan. No true Vol fan would root for Vandy - ever.
I disagree. The Vols have nothing to play for, so I may adopt Vandy next weekend so they get into the playoffs. It would be a great sports story and give me a rooting interest for the CFP.

If we were still in the hunt, no way would I root for Vandy. But, we’re not.

No offense, but why would any Vol fan want Vandy to win a single game in anything?

I’m a sports fan first and foremost. The Vols are my favorite team and I graduated from UT but that doesn’t mean I can’t root for other schools, too.

I grew up in Nashville and have nothing against Vanderbilt. I also love a good underdog story.

I grew up in Nashville, my mom worked at VUMC for over 20 years. Heck, a scholarship from that employment paid for me to go to UT, and I even took chemistry there over the summer (wore an orange UT shirt for my VU student ID). I’ve got plenty of love for Vandy as an institution.
To Hell with the Commodores this Saturday. If you don’t want Tennessee to win you are simply wrong.

My wife's father was a life-long Vandy fan. He passed away 7 years ago and she has really enjoyed Vandy's season for him. I have enjoyed watching them the past 2 seasons. I only hate Vandy when they play us.

She is 99% Vol now. She is neutral when we play the Commodores. Just like the Morgan Wallen song, she is a Tennessee fan now. She was a Florida Gators fan herself. Her extended family are bandwagon people who hated UT, so they latched onto the Gators in the 90s. To their credit, they hate the Crimson Tide.

Now that's just GROSS. You will be disappointed. We just played in the swamp and made few mistakes. I think this team has finally gotten it's act together. Pavia has a lot of unpaid mouth checks that are coming due next week.
