That’s crazy talk. Brandon won’t be ready, GMac is an unproven commodity, and we’re already comfortable with Joey. I’d rather keep what we have and know can grow/improve than either spend the money on an unknown portal QB or risk GMac/BF when neither are ready.

And as a GMac homer who thinks he can be great, I’d rather we not go into 2026 with a lot of unknowns.

Also just offer Sam L from ASU. Great TD % vs INT %. A lot of starts a few in big games. Hes put it out there he’s open to transferring. Other options will be out there as well. GMAC on the bench highly capable as well as the #1 QB coming in. Rather simple situation.
