Jefferey Epstein found dead in jail cell

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene adopted the Epstein case as a club with which to beat the Trump administration. She made no push to release the Epstein files while Joe Biden was president; instead, she waited until political differences on foreign policy emerged, particularly over Trump's bombing of the Iranian nuclear facility at Fordow, and then signed onto the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The same holds true of Rep. Thomas Massie, another opponent of Trump's foreign policy.

It's no surprise that these anti-Trump personalities are finding allies on the political left, all of whom despise Trump. That's because these figures are attempting to undermine Trump's policy by attacking him collaterally on Epstein. Their goal is to seize control of the "Make America Great Again" movement from Trump, driving it in a far more alt-right-aligned direction. Their true target, of course, is Vice President JD Vance, whom they hope to rope into their ideological maneuver.

I have often wondered why the victims haven't released more names, dates and actions. Got any thoughts on that?
I wonder about that too, and I can only speculate that there have been some massive settlements reached with these women and lengthy non-disclosure agreements signed. That is how Harvey Weinstein kept his crimes under wraps for so long.

Like I said though .... that's nothing more than my speculation. I have no idea.

You're probably not wrong.

You're probably not wrong.

Its very possible that the "victims" after Maxwell, were not "victims" at all. All the blame goes to Epstein.

Very possible the "victims" were paid as agents. The government didn't need "victims", the government needed the target to believe there was a "victim".

I would suggest people read the Maxwell deposition, I'm going to try and get into the trial transcript in the next few weeks.

Democrat Stacey Plaskett Faced Criticism Over Epstein Ties in 2016, Years Before She Claims To Have Learned About Pedophile’s Misdeeds

U.S. Virgin Islands delegate Stacey Plaskett (D.), under scrutiny for texting disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein during a House hearing, has given differing accounts of what and when she knew about the notorious sex predator's crimes, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

Plaskett, a member of the House Intelligence Committee and one-time rising star of the Democratic Party, was made aware of allegations about Epstein as early as October 2016, according to little-noticed news reports in the Virgin Islands press.

In fact, Plaskett was publicly lambasted for—and publicly responded to criticism of—her relationship with Epstein years earlier. Plaskett challenger Gordon Ackley criticized the Democrat for taking $5,400 in campaign donations from Epstein, saying "it is disgusting that our congresswoman took thousands of dollars from a convicted pedophile." Plaskett refused to disavow Epstein, who had been convicted of sex crimes involving minors in 2008 and lived at a Virgin Islands compound that had been dubbed "Pedophile Island."

The revelations about Plaskett’s text messages came from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s release of 20,000 documents obtained from the Epstein estate. Plaskett’s texts—beyond showing that Epstein had her personal phone number—reveal that she took Epstein’s suggestions about what to ask Cohen, a longtime Trump loyalist who turned on his former boss after he was charged with tax fraud in 2018.

And Epstein complimented Plaskett on both her questions and her appearance, the messages show.

"You look great," wrote Epstein. "Thanks," Plaskett replied.

Plaskett’s allies leaned heavily on Epstein and his network to fund her longshot 2014 congressional campaign, even suggesting Plaskett would be "a friend" to the disgraced financier.

Well .... this is American politics.

I don't believe that Democrats cared anything about whether or not these files were ever released .... until Trump made it clear how much he didn't want to do it.
Or they cared because of the shutdown failure and went all in on the release because it’s a major topic.

Much like the democrat video telling soldiers to disobey orders. It’s always on to the next distraction.

I think it funny watching them call for the release, not realizing how deep Epstien was with the Dems..I mean texting with a know convicted pedo during a trial...donations from. Epstein, invites for fundraisers
..he was balls deep with the Dems..this will hurt them more then Trump..and they too dumb to realize it.
At what point will they ask for her to step down?
Where’s all the threat to democracy rhetoric when you need it?

i would suggest anyone who reads them to recognize the woman LSU is talking about has a hard time being truthful about what time of day it is and that speculation based on her own words is like divining life's mysteries from splattered pig ****

Nobody but MAGA cared about these damn files until Trump went to such an effort to avoid releasing them.

Majors kind of has a point. It's not a partisan issue. Both sides care about it, but one side seems to care about it for partisan reasons.

And aren't we tired of the gotchas from this mostly group of fools in federal government.

These are the same people who get paid when the federal government is shutdown.

Some even brag about inflicting pain on those who rely on their benefits. Since federal benefits is a type of wealth distribution it should be a sign of what socialism can do to masses without a free market system.

Harvard dragged into fresh Epstein scandal after its revealed Larry Summers and wife Visited 'Pedo Island' on honeymoon

Disgraced former Harvard President Larry Summers spent his honeymoon on billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's private island after marrying one of the school's English professors.

The professor, Elisa New, flew to Little Saint James on Epstein's infamous 'Lolita Express' with Summers, who left the school earlier this week over embarrassing emails where he referred to Epstein as his 'wingman.'

The couple flew from Bedford, Massachusetts to the island on December 11, 2005, ten days after their wedding and while Summers was still president, according to publicly available flight logs obtained by The Harvard Crimson.

The logs show Summers and New flew alongside Epstein's infamous madam and ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell and his former pilot, Larry Visoski.

LOL, sequence of events follows:

1) During the campaign Trump and his supporters promised to release the Epstein files.

2) Trump gets elected.

3) Bondi tells Fox News she has the list of Epstein clients on her desk and will release that it that week.

4) Bondi refuses to release a list (or anything else).

5) Trump refuses numerous requests to release the entirety of the files.

6) Trump proposes releasing select portions of the file, rejected by his own base.

7) Bondi's DOJ and Trump claim they are trying to release the grand jury transcript, which is a tiny fraction of one percent of the whole.

8) Multiple judges deny the motions on the grand jury materials, saying that the DOJ motions were intentionally designed to fail.

9) Trump starts claiming he was not very friendly with Epstein and Trump makes numerous misstatements about how close their relationship was at any point, and how it ended.

10) Trump calls it all a hoax and continues to refuse to release the files, which he could easily have done.

11) Congressional leaders start to coalesce around a resolution to bypass the leadership and force release.

12) Trump and his do-boys in Congress fight the resolution.

13) It becomes clear that the resolution is going to pass.

14) Bondi and Patel make last ditch efforts to convert members of Congress to defeat it, but they refuse.

15) It is now clear Trump cannot stop it.

16) Trump does a complete 180 and asks everyone to vote for it.

17) The resolution was not needed. Trump could release it on his own accord.

18) The resolution passes and at least some part of it will be released, and Trump beats his chest and claims credit for release of that which he tried to hard to keep from being released.
you built this argument on a false premise. you have it wrong from #1.

I went over this with BowlBrother already. Trump never promised to release the files during his campaign. the most he promised was to "look into" the epstein stuff.

criminal says they are innocent at trial. to LSU that must mean every word they said is true, and they are innocent, and should 100% be taken at their word.

don't think critically about it for 2 seconds and realise the only things Maxwell is going to say is for her benefit, and considering the trouble she is facing lying to the courts is nothing, and she literally has nothing to lose by trying to mislead things.

Yep. I haven't seen any documentation of him saying it. Doesn't matter now though
