What did you have for dinner II?

Jersey Mike's. It's my second favorite sammich place behind Firehouse.
Firehouse is good, but I've only been two or three times cause they like charging you a healthy penny for and anemic sized sub. However, the reuben is all I've had there and is good. Agree with Jersey Mike's. They are good. Didn't care for Jimmy John's. Bellacino's is good but don't know if they are a chain.

If I am going to get Firehouse I prefer to eat it there since they steam their meat if you get it to go the bread is usually soggy by the time you get it home. The Firehouse I usually go to I have never had a problem with skimping on anything. It is expensive so I don't get it all the time. I like the club and their steak and cheese. Jimmy John's is a last resort for me. They just don't cut it for me. I have never heard of Bellacino's so I am gonna guess its either not a chain or not close to me.

Bellacino's is a small chain. Must be Michigan based as there's ever a dozen there. 12 states total midwest/southeast with about 40+locations. Really good if you ever run accross one. Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders (subs).

One of my all-time favs, mostly cause it's the first one I was accustomed to in my young days back home, is Blimpie's.

Chicken Orzo Soup with fennel.

If you've never had it, it is the best chicken soup by far and a healer soup. Look it up and make it. But, make sure you google with fennel or you get a bunch of not the right soup choices. Or just read below.

couple chicken breasts (we use rotisserie)
3/4 cup orzo
couple sliced carrots
fennel bulb chopped finely (1 if large, 2 if small)
lemon zest (2 lemons. you could sub dried zest or lemon pepper but not sure how much. 1-2 tsp?? )
juice of 1-1/2 to 2 lemons to taste
2 64 oz chicken stocks
fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

dump the stock, carrots, fennel, salt, pepper and boil on medium till fennel is about half done. add shredded chicken, lemon zest, orzo and soft boil till orzo is done. Stir frequently as orzo will sink and stick to bottom. Add lemon juice and dill and sit about 5 minutes. I normally add up to a cup of water to left overs before frigerating, as orzo will continue to soak up liquid.

Good stuff.
