I have these and I really like them. I didn't think I would but they are light weight and hardly noticeable. I like the open air design because I can still tell what's going on around me. Plus they are orange so that doesn't hurt

My girlfriend got them for me. I wasn't sure how I was going to like them since I hadn't had set like that before. But she did a lot of research on them before purchasing them and I have been very happy with them.

Got out of working out regularly due to work (long hours and strenuous on the body). Hours have cut back and back at trying to run and lift when I can. Taking the dog on long walks/runs on the canal and in the gym when I can. Biggest thing I’ve been doing is eating once a day. Major change felt in the past 2-3 weeks. I do eat a little more on the weekends

5K on the tread this morning. 21:25. Increased speed about every .5 mile until the last mile. Increased every .10 on the last 1.1 miles.

I’ve been eating way too much lately. This time of year always tempts me. So I’ve increased my cardio a bit. I’m doing the stairmaster for at least 30 minutes, almost every day. Maybe by doing this, I won’t gain 10 pounds this holiday season. Maybe only 7.

Haven't worked out since last Tuesday due to a bad sinus infection. I'm not done with it but I couldn't stand doing nothing any longer. Just a short version of my Thursday workout with two exercises. I skipped the other 4 because I just didn't have much in me today.
