If you do the unlimited class it is pretty expensive but the way I look at it is each class is basically like having a personal trainer for each class. That being said.... I only have the four classes a month membership because that's usually all I go. I usually only go on Sundays. The rest of the time I am working out at home or outside.

Yesterday was pull up with hanging knee raises… today the ahole 11 minute plank. Prayers appreciated 😁
Do you do this plank on your hands or elbows? My shoulders would be the first thing to cave, but I'm getting old and that seems to be the joint that doesn't love years of being active and lifting.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out that “plank” is on your forearms/elbows. And “high plank “ is on your hands.

I know “shadup Slice”

4 miles on the tread this morning. New shoes and today was the second run in them. It really blows my mind how much of a difference the new shoes make. You don't really realize how much your shoes degrade over the miles until you get new ones.
I used to have all kinds of ankle and shin pain when I ran until I got fit at a reputable running store. Been in Kayanos every since with no problems.

When i was starting weight loss and about 50 lbs heavier I started running in my Merrill hiking shoes on pavement. I ended up with both shin splints and plantar fascitis that flares up if I run too much. I started wearing Brooks though and it helped a ton.

Sprint yoga this morning……..

25 minutes……

First 5 minutes. “This is a good flow. I like this”
2nd 5 minutes “wow my heart rate is up, good sweat going “
Thrd 5 minutz “in thorough the nose out the mouth “
Somewhere around 20 minutes “wtf!?!? It’s only been 20 minutes…….i may die…..”
24 minutes 48 seconds “eeeuuuurrrropppppeee!!!! Lays on floor in fetal position “who da truk thot dis was A gOoD iDe a.???”

25:30 seconds the Ginger woman sticks her head in the door to the yoga room “ I’m going to yoga landing, do I need to all an ambulance before I go?”

I have these and I really like them. I didn't think I would but they are light weight and hardly noticeable. I like the open air design because I can still tell what's going on around me. Plus they are orange so that doesn't hurt 😁

I really want to add a leg press machine to my home gym. Squats and dead lifts aren't very enjoyable to me, so I neglect training my legs, other than cycling. Anyone have suggestions that aren't either massive or $1500+?
