Seems Donald Trump's former personal attorney (also seen turning tricks on Hollywood Boulevard) violated some fundamental tenants of judicial law when she apparently tampered with the grand jury that indicted him.

A federal judge ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to give former FBI Director James Comey all materials it presented to a grand jury to secure a two-count indictment against him in September.

The order marks a significant blow to the DOJ’s case against Comey, which is part of President Donald Trump’s wider effort to wield the department against his longtime perceived enemies.

In his ruling Monday, Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick said his review of the materials revealed “substantive irregularities” and apparent errors by Lindsey Halligan, one of Trump’s former personal attorneys turned temporary U.S. attorney.

These concerns, the judge said, may arise to “misconduct” on the part of the DOJ and warrant disclosure of grand jury materials to Comey — a move that almost never happens in criminal proceedings.

What misconduct and what irregularities ?

I am not even for sure this would be either, I mean you basically can get an indictment against a ham sandwich.

First, Halligan appeared to tell the jury that Comey would not have a Fifth Amendment right to not testify at trial, which, the judge wrote, “ignores the foundational rule of law that if Mr. Comey exercised his right not to testify the jury could draw no negative inference from that decision.”


Second, Fitzpatrick said Halligan appeared to tell the jury that it did not have to rely on the evidence before it to approve an indictment.

man MAGA has pulled the switcheroo real quick on the Epstein "conspiracy".

Until Trump allegedly gave head to another guy, MAGA was convinced the Epstein story was real, no matter how often it was called a conspiracy by the left.

now that Trump looks bad, the right thinks its a conspiracy all of the sudden, and the left is buying it.

Every conspiracy has its limits. You can believe in a JFK conspiracy without believing it was aliens who shot him.

Yes, presidents blowing each other is Alex Jones level democrats eat children type nonsense that no one should believe and people should be openly mocked for.

I really haven’t seen anything that made Trump look bad so far

No the article clearly says he is beating both Obama and Biden at this same point in his 2nd term and ahead of his own first term approval ratings at this point. Where are you getting second place? He is ahead of both of those? Then the article says that the Rs will still lose the midterms because that's how it always works no matter how popular the President dating back to 2002.

Trump's approval ratings are in the 30's when averaged in all major polls, not 40's like Obama and the Bidens were. Thats the part the article leaves out. It cherry picks a poll, and not even the highest one, to try and paint Trump in a good light. Funny to see how desperate yall are to be better than Obama or Biden in any possible metric. Congrats on the SpecOlymp win?
